We all have ways to help one another. . . . 

Our founder, Elsy Salazar, has a history as a professional Educator in Ecuador. She has a big passion in leadership and business. When she arrived in the United States, she was faced with many barriers which many migrants face, such as learning a new system and way of doing things, however her business and steadfast belief in hard work helped to propel her to achieve a Master’s Degree and encouraged her to look for ways that she may give back to society and help others who may need a helping hand. 

2020 was an unpredictable year for everyone, so starting a new career during that year was fairly challenging and in many ways unheard of. However, keeping a good spirit as she has, she decided to start with promoting other businesses through her wealth of work resources. She started this work with the help of a good friend, Sean Bart, who shared the same enthusiasm and drive to help others. 

Sean was into videography and music and thought it would be great to help others as well. On a very tragic day, Sean passed away, he was only 27. That event changed Elsy’s perspective on many things.  One of the most important things for Elsy then was to carry on the mission of helping others. That was the birth of Encouraging Strength.

Encouraging Strength is a continuous source of help for small businesses and entrepreneurs, striving to help them to grow in a modern world environment. Encouraging Strength especially helps small businesses that face some language barriers and thus helps to keep their businesses current in the digital era. Knowing that now more than ever it is important to have a good digital presence.

At Encouraging Strength we keep the spirit to help - and we will always keep Sean’s light alive.
